Private Chef, Nutrition Coach & Culinary Wellness Expert

Born and raised in Southern California, Luke has spent the last 17 years perfecting his craft in the food industry. From Michelin-rated restaurants to farm-to-table dining, from high-volume kitchens to intimate yacht settings, his experience is as diverse as his passion for food itself. He has worked in some of the most dynamic culinary environments across the U.S. and internationally, running his own restaurant consulting company overseas.

Luke’s dedication to food goes beyond cooking—he believes in understanding food at its source. His hands-on experience working on organic farms in Oregon, Washington, and California deepened his knowledge of sustainable sourcing, nutrient density, and the power of whole foods in healing the body. Now, he integrates this knowledge into his work, offering nutrition coaching, personalized meal prep, cooking classes, and workshops to help others cultivate a deeper connection with their food and health.

​A lifelong athlete and former certified yoga instructor, Luke emphasizes the importance of mindful eating and high-quality nutrition. Whether working with clients who have dietary restrictions, performance goals, or simply a desire to eat well without sacrificing flavor, he creates meals that nourish both the body and soul.

​At SpringThyme we offer private chef services, nutrition coaching, meal planning, and hands-on culinary education, helping individuals and families simplify healthy eating while enjoying meals that are as delicious as they are nutritious. His mission is simple: to show people that eating well can be both effortless and enjoyable, turning everyday meals into a source of healing, connection, and vitality.
